Shipping And Returns


We do not ship internationally, or to APO or PO Boxes certain items may ship to Canada, but it has to be noted on the prdt page that it is avail to ship to Canada, if it doesn't say on the prdt page then it does not ship to Canada.

The avg ship time to you is 5 to 10 biz days, unless noted on the product page.

We have warehouses all over the USA, so depending where it ships from & where you live it can be less or more by a day or so.

Most sales are final unless the item is defective and if so we need to know within a a week or two to make arrangements to either get the item fixed or get a missing part or arrange a return.

If the item is returnable, you must call us to get an RA (Return Authorization Number). Items sent back without a RA # will be refused & sent back to you.

If the item is returnable,  call us within 2 weeks of receiving the item so we can get you the RA # at 1-973-551-1429. Exceptions are of course when you buy presents for Birthdays where you have 30 days to call and religious holidays, example Christmas where you must call us within 2 months for a return.

An item cannot be retutned If you get an item and just change your mind you don't want it or if they don't like it.

Some returnable items have a 15-25% re-stocking fee and of course items that are defective there is no re-stocking fee. The reason for re-stocking fee's are, most of the items we sell ship directly from the mnfr to you & they all have different return policies and different re-stocking fee's. We are not making anything off those fee's, that goes right to the mnfr. We do have our own warehouses where we ship items out of also.

 
Items that are defective &  are covered under the manufacturers warranty plan, may require you to have your item shipped back to the mnfr to see if it can be repaired or dropped off at a nearby authorized dealer for repair. If of course your item cannot be repaired you will either be given a new item in its place or depending on the mnfr a full refund. Items that are usually sent back to the mnfr for repair are usually expensive items.
 
If you end up returning an item that offered free shipping that is not defecfive you will be responsible for our shipping cost to you, even though it was free at the time and the shipping cost back to the warehouse plus any re-stocking fee.

Any orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please call us asap at 1-973-551-1429. If an item has not shipped but has been boxed up & is in a trailer truck that is buried under other packages, that order can't be canceled if we can't get it out of the truck.

Due to changes with UPS & Fedex going to dimensional weight charges on oversize items, example, an item may really weigh 40lbs but since it is over sized, the shipper will charge us for 100 - 150lbs depending on the box dimensions & if you have items in your cart that add up to more than 150lbs UPS will not provide us a real time shipping quote. You would have to purchase each item separately for the shipping quote per item to show up in the cart.

Some items are so large that they have to be shipped by truck, usually large ride on cars, tractors, quads etc.. but most do ship UPS or Fedex.

On some items we may have a flat rate shipping on certain items and if you need to update it to express shipping you must call us at 1-888-467-8697 this tel # is only for sales orders or upgrading your shipping.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment, please contact us within 2 business days if possible so we can have UPS & Fedex come out and look at the package, we have to have them come out there to see the package to file a claim with them. Call us at 1-888-467-8697 for damaged shipments.

If you do get an item with flat rate shipping, that means for whatever price it is, it is good for shipping anywhere in the continental USA (48 States

We do not email tracking numbers unless requested through our customer service dept.

Samples of items that all sales are final unless defective or you receive the wrong item by mistake are below:

1. All sales are final on Sports Memorabilia, Collectibles and Autographs.

2. All sales are final on Lionel, MTH, Bachmann And Thomas Wooen Trains, Carrera, SCX unless defective and if they are, they will be covered under the manfacturers warranty program.

3. All  Bicycles, Strollers, Wagons have a 25% restocking fee unless the item is defective plus any shipping fees. Ex: Schwinn, inStep, Mongoose, Roadmaster, The First Years, Radio Flyer and more.
 
4. All Baby Bedding sales are final unless defective including Glenna Jean baby Bedding.
 
5. Baseball Equipment ex: Akadema has a 20% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees, plus any shipping fees, unless defective.
 
6. Morgan Cycle prdts sales have a 20% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees, unless defective
 
7. All sales are final on ride on cars, pedal cars, ride on or pedal tractors, ride on or pedal airplanes ,ride on or pedal trains, ride on or pedal motorcycles, scooters and quads etc.. unless defective and if they are, they will be covered under the manfacturers warranty program.
 
Ride On, Battery Operated And Pedal vehicles Include these Manufacturers: Peg Perego, Big Toys, Dexton, Feber, Injusa, Kalee, Kaya Toys, Kidtrax, Mini Motos, NPL (National Products) unless defective and if they are, they will be covered under the manfacturers warranty program.
